I would like my classroom to enable students free use of ICT when they need to use it.  That means, students feel comfortable to access the technology available without having to ask for it, or me questioning why they would use it.  I would like the ICT integrated in such a manner, that the ICT is an integral component of each lesson, and not an “add on” or “something special” to do.
